We wanted one place that says which Cancun hotel pools are really on the roof, and who gets to swim in them.
Checked 1 November 2026
What we cover
Only hotel pools on the roof or top floor in Cancun. Ground-level gardens and basement spas are left out.
How we work
A small editorial team checks each pool against the hotel’s own pages, its booking listings, day-pass sellers and recent guest reports. When something is unclear we ask the hotel, and until we hear back the page says "Not confirmed".
Independence
- Hotels cannot buy a place or a better position.
- Commission rates do not affect the order.
- Hotels never see a page before it goes live.
