Royalton Chic Cancún has the highest roof on the list, on Level 18, with views of the Cancun shoreline. Garza Blanca Cancun is the oceanfront one. Hive Cancun looks over the city.

Garza Blanca is on Carretera a Punta Sam, outside the main Hotel Zone strip, and its rooftop is oceanfront. Royalton Chic and Hyatt Zilara are in Punta Cancún, at the north-east end of the Hotel Zone.
