Can non-guests use a hotel rooftop pool in Cancun?

Only 2 of the 12 hotels sell a day pass: Royalton Chic Cancún from USD $120 and Hive Cancun for MX$700. Garza Blanca Cancun says its rooftop is for staying guests. The other nine publish no rule.
Hive's pass is easy to misread. It covers the hotel's facilities, not the private minipool on the Master Suite terraces, so it doesn't get you a rooftop swim.
Where a hotel is silent, treat the pool as guests only until it says otherwise. A phone call settles it, and every hotel in the table publishes a number.
